Purpose
To unite all women of the congregation for the total mission of the church and to
provide a medium through which they may express their loyalty and devotion to Jesus
Christ
in Christian Witness, Study, Fellowship and Service.
The UCW no longer consists of four separate units.
In February 2010, it was decided
by all members to unite
and become one group.
Presently, we have 83 active members (five of whom joined this year) as well as 144
adherent members. New members are most welcome. If you are interested in joining,
please call Betty Budgell at 489-5034, any lady of the UCW or come along to one of
our meetings which are held the second Monday of each month from September to May,
beginning at 7:45 p.m.

Memorial United Church Women are actively involved in the life and work of the church locally, provincially and nationally.
Ongoing Activities
Participating in worship at Memorial United
and retirement homes
Catering for fund-raising and congregational events; visiting sick and shut-ins at four seniors homes in Grand Falls-Windsor, at private homes and at the hospital.
