WALK A MILE IN HIS SHOES
A pledge-based walk to raise awareness around the prevention and early detection of prostate cancer. The walk will be held on
Saturday, Sept. 13 at 10:30 a.am.

Coughlan College Trust Fund Scholarship
The West District awards two scholarships each year of $2,000 each to
United Church students attending Memorial University.
The awards will be made to those students who, during their high school program,
Have demonstrated academic ability, industry and promise.
Financial need will also be a determining factor in distributing the awards.
Application and information are available at the church office.
Applications must be submitted before Sept. 30, 2008.
